An emotional respondent (you) offered a not very well-thought-out appeal that government practise of diversity is inferiour to diversity extended by private companies. Of course, private companies don't offer stock which makes your second response even more asinine. But, that truly is off-topic, so you will need to seek tutoring from another source or wait for me to post another topic that aligns with your ignorance.

You see, the way conversation works, especially online is, the conversation extends beyond the original entry. That is what is supposed to happen. In polite circles we call this discussion.
