So Bill Clinton paid off Paula Jones = no problem. Trump pays Sloppy Daniels = criminal trial. Is that right?

Nope this is different. With the help of his former fixer Michael Cohen, Trump would allegedly pay Stormy Daniels $130,000 in 2016 to keep quiet about her story. After Trump became president, prosecutors say, he started reimbursing Cohen for the payment, which he would record in his financial records as legal fees to Cohen.

These payments could land Trump in prison. Prosecutors allege that Trump broke the law by falsifying these business records to hide illegal hush-money payments and protect Trump’s chances during the presidential election.

Clinton did not falsify business records.

@Aidankenny23 Not in the real world, they can't. This is all Stalinesque. Nobody in their right mind would support it and expect to live. You have to figure, if any other country was doing what Democrats are, America would have invaded them by now.

@sunsporter1649 all of those points in your meme have been debunked. I know it, and more importantly, you know it.

@IronHamster He wasnt the president when he banged her. She just crawled out of the wood work once he became president. He should have just fessed up and not offered her a dime.

@Adrift This sort of hush money isn't uncommon among the wealthy. It's a sad truth, but it's often easier to pay to make a problem go away.

@Adrift THe fact that she signed a document denying the affair is even a stronger argument for a refund

@AmericanAvenger The fact that it was referred to as an affair was comical. She came on to him because she wanted to get on his show and when he said no then she didn't want to sleep with him anymore.
I see it as a business proposition gone bad.
