I think Israel has pushed the envelope about as far as they can. They fired rockets at the Iranian consulate in Syria yesterday. And killing allies is a quick way to find themselves on an island.
There's is a government of fascists, led by an extremist facing corruption charges, and they seem to think the money train will keep running. Not sure that's the case.
