Federal Court Drops Huge Decision in Pennsylvania – It Just Had an Instant 2024 Impact

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit ruled Wednesday that Pennsylvania may enforce state law requiring envelopes for mail-in ballots to be dated and include the voter’s signature…

“Left-wing activists have spent an untold fortune trying to stop Pennsylvania from enforcing its mail ballot safeguards. Today, a federal appellate court definitively rejected their argument.”

The Third Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals upheld a rule requiring envelopes for mail-in ballots to include the voter’s signature and matching date. The date has to match that of the included ballot.

The NAACP and other liberals fought this rule, claiming it would prevent voters from participating in elections. However, it seems odd that anyone would think a vote cannot properly sign their envelope and include the right date.

This rule does, however, prevent someone from stealing a ballot or forging one. Some suspect that liberals employ coordinated efforts to harvest blank ballots and send them in, en masse. But requiring signatures and matching dates throws a wrench in that scheme.

It will indeed have an instant 2024 impact. That's going to backfire for the Republicans; they're the only ones who have a record of proven voter fraud 😁
The Donald Trump election campaign’s efforts to show that thousands of ballots were cast in the name of dead people in the pivotal state of Georgia during the 2020 election resulted in a research report that in fact contradicted Trump’s claims that widespread election fraud cost him the presidency, according to a report on Friday.
@sunsporter1649

@SW-User Ex-Democratic congressman sentenced to prison in yearslong Pennsylvania election fraud scheme

Expelled former Democratic congressman Michael “Ozzie” Myers has been sentenced to 30 months in prison for federal election fraud dating back to 2014, the Justice Department said Tuesday, and was immediately taken into custody.

Myers, 79, pleaded guilty in June to conspiracy to deprive voters of civil rights, bribery, obstruction of justice, falsification of voting records, and conspiring to illegally vote in a federal election as part of scams to stuff ballot boxes for certain Democratic candidates in Pennsylvania elections between 2014 and 2018, the DOJ said in a news release.

Prosecutors said some of the candidates were running to be judges and had hired Myers, who would use portions of “consulting fees” from his clients to pay others to interfere with election results.

Myers, who had been expelled from Congress in 1980 and served time in prison after taking bribes from an undercover FBI agent as part of the ABSCAM investigation, was also sentenced Tuesday to three years of supervision upon release and ordered to pay $100,000 in fines, the press release said.

It’s a quote, from a Guardian article covering the Trump campaign’s own report that failed to turn up substantial evidence of any voter fraud.

https://amp.theguardian.com/us-news/2023/mar/17/trump-research-voter-fraud-claims-debunked

Here is what Forbes had to say, in summary:
* The Berkeley Research Group conducted a “Project 2020” report commissioned by the Trump campaign that found “there was no reason to believe the final vote totals in five key states were fraudulent” and undercut or disproved the Trump campaign’s fraud allegations, the Post reports based on a copy of the report.

* The Trump campaign’s claims there were thousands of cases of dead people voting or people voting twice to change the election results were disproved, with the report finding there were less than 25 instances of dead voters in Georgia or up to 20 in Nevada.

* It also ruled out any widespread fraud through mail-in ballots as the Trump campaign alleged, performing tests based on conspiracy theories including so-called “ballot harvesting” in nursing homes, fake voters casting ballots and “bursts” of ballot application submissions that could have suggested widespread fraud.
https://www.forbes.com/sites/alisondurkee/2023/03/17/trump-campaign-reportedly-commissioned-study-showing-no-widespread-election-fraud-but-continued-to-push-claims-anyway/amp/ @sladejr

Either way your kind's endless, deranged obsession has done the impossible - made Trump a sympathetic character.

So all your soft-brained caterwauling will end up putting Trump right back into the White House.

Congratulations!
