Biden's SOTU speech was nothing more than

@SumKindaMunster His gaffe about Laken Riley ( May she rest in peace) was IMO a major blunder as well as an embarrassment that will hopefully haunt him and anything to do with immigration.

@soar2newhighs the fact is he did pretty well. Trump supporters would find something no matter how he did. If only they pointed out his gaffes equally. Neither are in top form!

@Handfull1 He had to, and was prepared to do so. Let's see how he holds up as this level of engagement will be expected of him for the next 8 months.

You see something wrong, you point it out. And that applies to whoever is giving the speech, be it Biden or Trump.
He stood before the American people and we came away with our feelings on his SOTU. Me? It’s probably his last SOTU. That said, his gaffe over Laken Riley was a disgrace.
I also agree with many that his SOTU was a campaign speech not really a speech in the nature of SOTU.

@SumKindaMunster Compared ti Trump campaign speeches, Biden’s was fully coherent the whole time. Trump just rambles on with incoherent rubbish for 45 minutes that his base followers lap up like coolaide.

@SumKindaMunster I’d consider Liz Cheney (can feel the eye roll on that one) or Michelle Obama. If I thought independents had a chance in hell, I’d maybe vote for one. There was another Republican I liked but my dementia is preventing me from remembering his name!! By the way, supposedly, if you can ace a multiple choice test, you most likely don’t have dementia! Retention vs. retrieval! Maybe they should give both candidates a test!
