SCOTUS let stand the Colorado ruling that Trump [i]had[/i] engaged in insurrection, but reserved to the federal government the power to take an insurrectionist off the ballot.
The fact that he made such a fuss over the Colorado ballots is a sign of Trump's insecurity. Biden was not on the NH primary ballot and he won anyway with 63.9% of the vote. His nearest competitor only got 19.6%. If Trump were confident of his support he would welcome the chance to win like Biden did.
