Are left-wing social activist protestors motivated by a desire for social change . . .

. . . or are many of them more motivated to make themselves appear morally superior to those on the other side of the issue?

There's nothing Left-wing about acting criminally.
You're just a criminal.
But the idea that you see a criminal act as Left-wing suggests you can understand the why of why they're doing it.
Which also suggests that they have a legitimate reason for being so angry
@Picklebobble2 Here's the opening paragraph of the study. It only looked at left-wing protesters.

@flipper1966 Well since there's no criminal class known as 'Left-wingers', since there's no criminal offence as 'Left-winging' plus the silly language used in the description of this 'study' you have to dismiss it as nonsense.

No correlated statistics
No cross-reference with 'right-wingers' in same study.... you know, so you could show just how upstanding and less criminally active right-wingers supposedly are by comparison.

Kinda sad to reach the bottom of the political diatribe barrel, but here we are
@Picklebobble2 This is the lead author of the study. Not too promising !!
