Nobody does. There's plenty to criticize Biden on, just like any president, but anyone who says he's the worst president ever is just trying to deflect from Trump.
It's like how Obama did some really bad things, but anyone who says he destroyed America is just being dishonest because they want to believe Obama was that bad.
