Hey Trump Cult! Your Master has a GoFundMe!

From The Hill:

GoFundMe launched to help pay Trump’s legal fees.
The wife of an investor has launched a GoFundMe to help fund former President Trump’s mounting legal expenses in the wake of Friday’s verdict in the New York fraud case.

The GoFundMe has a goal of $355 million — the amount that Judge Arthur Engoron ordered Trump to pay in penalties in a civil fraud case. As of Saturday night, the GoFundMe had already raised more than $185,000 from some 4,000 donors.

With interest, Trump and his business could pay more than $450 million, according to the New York attorney general’s office.

The online fundraiser was started by Elena Cardone, the wife of investor Grant Cardone, an entrepreneur and investor.

“I stand unwaveringly with President Donald Trump in the face of what I see as unprecedented and unfair treatment by certain judicial elements in New York,” Elena Cardone wrote on the GoFundMe page.

The Trump Cult knows how to play the victim!
Time to ante up, Trumpettes!

If Hilary Clinton or any other Democrat or liberal took President Trump's place in the events of the last few years would you still laugh and hold the same level of scorn and disdain? I have to wonder.

@SlaveEt I never saw Hillary charged with multiple indictments or asking for a personal GoFundMe plea to help pay for anything.

I know this: Had any Democrat been indicted as many times as Trump, been fined for a fraudulent University, fined for taking $ for a charity, sided with Putin over our allies and intel agencies, and tried to overturn an election that was lost, and incited an attack on the Capital, called for the end of the Constitution, and told NATO allies they were on their own with Putin, calling him a genius for invading Ukraine....Republicans, now known as the Party of Trump, would have impeached, removed from office, been tried and charged and convicted, and today would be sitting in a jail cell for years.

@SlaveEt but…. They havent. That’s the point.

If you two believe the Democrats don't have a few folks who have committed felonies, if not out right treason, then I have a bridge to sell you!

I will give the Dems credit though, their members are well controlled. They vote lock step, protect the party line and are ruthless and vicious about keeping their secrets. They give the mobs and cartel families a run for their money!👍

@SlaveEt Then let’s see them get indicted and hauled into court for it.

In the absence of such legal proceedings, the law requires a presumption of innocence, not guilt.

Next?

@SlaveEt If have proof of claim, bring it.
The Party of Trump, formerly known as the GOP, where no voice of dissent is allowed, and those who do not bow down and swear total loyalty to the Great Orange Messiah, are quickly dispatched.

@SlaveEt what democrats have you been seeing? They don't vote lock step, it's like herding cats. The larger the majority they have, the harder it actually becomes for them to get their party aligned on legislation.

As for democrats being guilty of crimes and felonies, I'm sure there are some. It tends to happen with central establishment figures in both parties. The ones that come from a history of wealth or power.

Very few politicians have committed Treason. Treason is purposefully a very high bar in the US.

Republicans, historically, have been far more proficient in voting lock step and protecting party secrets, and even when secrets do leak they are better at pretending there isn't an issue. Democrats frequently eject people for scandal, but Republicans tend to just circle the wagons. A few of more extreme Republicans are trying to break the trend though, attempting to hold the entire party hostage. That's why the house is in chaos. And the Republicans aren't great at handling the issue because dissension in the ranks is a fairly new thing for most of them.

At the end of the day, US politics is fucked. The power centers of both parties are basically bought and paid for by wealthy old people. Democrats give people hope for just enough positive change that they don't riot and Republicans generate fear and hatred of change to keep people's attention of the old wealthy people that are actually responsible for most of our misery
@SlaveEt yes. same standards.

Sh*t! the Democratic Party has so many different campsites under their tent...it is hard to keep track of them all. And I know that the wealthy in the Democratic Party give more to charitable organizations than the wealthy of the Republican Party. In the end, we are our only answer.

When building we start at ground level and work up, but every time we get to the 2nd or 3rd floor, we get knocked down by those who are afraid of progress and have to keep starting over. I thought we would be so much more progressive in 2024 than we are. We still fight over religion and race for crying out loud!
RedBaron · M
@WalksWith Better to cry quietly. Crying out loud is annoying. 🤣🤣
Repete · 61-69, M
@SlaveEt its easy to keep secrets especially if everyone is looking for the made up lies that rump has been dishing out without any proof. A page from rump’s playbook whisper a lie and everyone hears a deep dark secret and yells it to the world.
RedBaron · M
@Repete Exactly what he did with his BS about the 2020 election. If you repeat a lie loudly and frequently enough, people believe it, especially those who want it to be true.

@RedBaron
Indeed😉
