Why would an individual choose to establish a home in Florida? I'm attempting to find the attraction.

@fanuc2013 That's kind of our message here. Come down and vacation. Florida is the best vacation spot in the world. Spend your money. Get a tan and skin cancer. Spend several mortgage payments on the Disney parks and get even more stressed waiting in the long lines, or relax and watch the most beautiful sunsets in the world. And then go back home.
