@justanothername no none have been and most have been held without a hearing violation of their rights. Right to a speedy trial, they were using the right to free speech, democrats hate those pesky rights..

@SumKindaMunster How about people smearing their feces on our Capital's walls and stealing and vandalizing and destruction, should they be given a free pass too?
@SumKindaMunster So trespassing shouldn't be a crime? Try going to the Capitol with a tour group, wander off, and go into Steve Johnson's office, and see what happens.
