Two-thirds of each House of Congress can give him a "pardon" for insurrection and all of the States MUST put him on the ballot.

@Diotrephes will they pardon an insurrection. They can but thats pretty untrodden snd dangerous ground to pardon. What are your tjoughts?

It's important to remember that Congress decides who the President will be and that they can remove him if he pisses them off.

You need to read the damn constitution. Congress is the most powerful branch of the government, and it can control the other two branches if it so desires. The limitation is that no one person controls Congress, which limits its effective power as well as the fact that the House has elections every two years.

In America when a person is accused of a crime he is supposed to have a trial in a court of law to determine his guilt. The orange traitor is accused of insurrection but the powers that be are dragging their feet on getting his ass into court. When, and if, they ever do prove his guilt it then is up to two-thirds of each House of Congress to give him a "pardon." If that happens the ALL STATES MUST put him on the ballot, provided he meets all of the other constitutional requirements. Once the court trial is over then the courts no longer have a say in the matter. And if they interfere Congress can dissolve them or impeach them.

Of course it won't happen that way because the courts and the Congress Critters are corrupt and have no integrity.
@Diotrephes Surely you know that conservative Republicans prioritize State Rights. First Colorado and now Maine. That pussy* has dragged his feet so long the justice will be brought to his insurrectionist home!
