Republicans has no chance of winning California, so I don't know why they would actually waste the time, money and resources to try to take him off the ballot...

@sstronaut While I agree with you if you let one state get away with it then others will follow. We need free elections. Not one side telling the country who they are "allowed" to vote for.

@Musicman Well IF someone is disqualified, then they're disqualified.

Such as say if a 32 year old runs for President, they're basically automatic disqualified as you need to be at least 35 years old I believe.
