Red states will Bar Biden for violating federal law if he's not impeached first. Scotus will have to clean all that up. And in reality, this is only saber rattling. The corruption that has befallen California clearly started with their election process. California is a blue state. Individual votes count to determine who gets the state's electors, and only electoral votes determine who becomes president.
California will always be corrupt (and Blue), and therefore, omitting Trump from the ballot will only serve to disenfranchise a large portion of the voters. The state's electoral were already a wash and that despicable act does not affect Trump.

The Supreme Court has done a lot of kicking the can down the road ... and not actually ruling on the overall issue, but ruling on a minor one and sending it back to lower courts.
It's been kinda annoying to me, as you know the same question is going to be coming back to the court, if not this year, in 5 to 10 years.... why not just answer it now? Instead they change a minor fact and send it back down to the lower courts.
