My prediction is scotus sends colorado decision back to states.
Overturning the decision clearly violates section 2, article 1 of the constitution that explicitly states that states are responsible selecting their electors.

My guess is, they'll take the case and slow walk it, putting Trump back on the ballot, which is all the relief he really [i]needs[/i] at this point.
Down the road, I'm not sure. It's a huge call to make constitutionally, with enormous implications. My guess is, they'll overturn it, but I'm not sure how.
