My prediction is scotus sends colorado decision back to states.

Overturning the decision clearly violates section 2, article 1 of the constitution that explicitly states that states are responsible selecting their electors.

I don’t know what to predict, but it seems to me fwiw (I have never studied Constitutional Law) that you’re wrong. The Fourteenth Amendment applies to the whole country, states can’t choose to opt out of it or use a different interpretation of it. Seems to me that’s how it ought to work.
