How could the Republicans win the next election?

Go pro abortion. Do that and you’ve got the next election in the bag.

Of course they would never do it but that’s all it would take to get the necessary votes.

To go pro-choice the republican party would have to betray their so-called core principles and integrity.

Fortunately for them, that doesn't seem to be a problem.

@newjaninev2

It's not pro-choice, it's rationalizing baby killing.

And you know it.

I pity you.

@Slade your god kills around a third of all foetuses in first-time pregnancies... and that causes you to be upset with me??

You seem to have selective reading, so to make it easier for you I've emphasised the part of my comment that you seem to be avoiding

You are to be pitied. The hostility you carry WILL destroy you.

I wish I could feel bad about that...🤷

The Repubs don't have to change their position. The Dems will lose because they support the Zionists' genocide of the Palestinians. That will result in fewer votes for them in key States and the Repubs can win without picking up any more votes.

@Diotrephes I feel that a woman being compelled to carry a baby after being raped won't be all that focused on Middle East politics.

You keep missing the point. Sure, the people who care about such issues will probably continue to vote the way they have always voted. But the Dems need every vote from Muslims and Blacks in certain key States to win those States. If those people don't vote for the Dems then the Dems will lose even without the Repubs picking up any more votes.

No they won't. The MAGA attack on women's rights will be seen as just that... and the strike-back will be significant.

[c=BF0000]Biden’s Israel-Palestine Policy Could Cost Him the Election
The president’s blank-check support of Israel’s war on Gaza is alienating many of the Black and brown voters he needs to win reelection.[/c]
"When I read or listen to white people in the media talking about Biden’s approach to this crisis—I’ve heard pundits call Biden’s trip to Israel his “finest hour”—I’m left with the impression that they just don’t know or haven’t considered how electorally disastrous it could be for Biden to lose Muslim and Arab American support. There are over 200,000 Muslims living in Virginia; there are 150,000 Arab Americans; in 2020, Biden won that state by around only 500,000 votes. In Michigan, there are over 350,000 Muslims; 200,000 Arab Americans live in the state; Biden won that state by around only 150,000 votes. Any significant weakening of this support puts Virginia in play, and makes Michigan functionally unwinnable for Biden. And I shouldn’t have to tell you that there is simply no path to Biden’s Electoral College success without Virginia and Michigan.

If we broaden things out beyond the Muslim and Arab American populations, there are other dangers. If young, college-age people of color sour on Biden and stay home, Biden has problems across the upper Midwest. And anything less than overwhelming and enthusiastic support from African American voters costs Biden Georgia and Pennsylvania."
