no, would be near impossible. I think it may only be Texas that has it written in when it was independent from Mexico that it has the 'authority' to withdraw from the union. They also are on their own power gird, but that would never happen either.

Actually I think Texas has it set up so that it could dissolve itself into 5 smaller states if it wanted too. They tried the whole withdrawal from the Union thing, it didn't work out.
