Nothing says he cant be in the ballot. What is in question is if he can hold office. To that i say no.
@trollslayer 14th Amendment

@JonLosAngeles66 says nothing about being on the ballot, only that they cant hold office. So i say let the GOP idiots put him on their primary ballot, and then sort out the mess they created when a court says if he wins he cant take office.

Strictly speaking, I'm not sure that a court could say that he can't take office if he wins. It would be up to the gutless Congress Critters to impeach him and kick him out of office or else for a vigilante to do a kangaroo court. Of course the people could revolt and kick all of them out of office.

If he is convicted but gets elected anyway, the country as we know it will be done forever and hopefully a foreign country will nuke us and end our stupidity forever.

@trollslayer"Section 3. No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may, by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability." Just so people know.

He can hold office if two-thirds of each House of Congress says that he can, even if he had burned down the Capitol.

@Diotrephes this country went down the toilet when G.W was elected. Then when you thought things couldn't get worse, they elected a person in 2008 who really took us down.

The way you phrased your comment suggests that the country was simply wonderful during the slavery and overt Jim Crow days.

IMO, the country is finally attempting to get out of the messy toilet but it still has a long way to go.

@Diotrephes Well, I wasn't born yet, but I am aware of Jim Crowe laws. That was a horrible time, but look we got through it, things progressed and got better. During that time, things were abysmal and awful.

After Clinton, things went downhill, and they continue to go downhill.
Diotrephes · 70-79, M
@twiigss Can you explain how things are continuing to go downhill after Clinton?

@Diotrephes so Bush lost us 3 million jobs, the relationship between people in the US deteriorated from 2008 to 2016. Now, we have extremely high inflation, we are watching 2 wars happen right before our eyes, there is so much potential for a full scale nuclear war to just happen, look at how many homeless people are on the streets, so I'm sorry but I don't see good things like you do.

Nixon created the environment for job losses when he went to China. The problem was that the American business racists didn't want to open jobs to Black people, so they saw an opportunity to move industries to China. That accomplished a couple of things. It reduced the likelihood of a future war with China because it would have more to lose. It also increases the market for all kinds of products that American companies had a stake in. But now China is our main competitor and on the verge of becoming more powerful that we are.

But the primary benefit was that it continues to keep Blacks poor, which was the main objective. Of course, it also harms Whites to some degree but that is a small price to pay as long as the main objective is met.

@Diotrephes I see you're supporting genocide of Jews.
@trollslayer The 14th Amendment says what you're looking for.

I see you're supporting genocide of Jews.
You have me confused with those Israeli politicians who are committing genocide and ethnic-cleansing against the Palestinians. So, maybe you support the genocide of all of the non-Jews in the Levant by the Zionists.

Do you really want to do some pegging?

Do you denounce and renounce every word in the Jewish Babylonian Talmud?

Do you agree with this statement? =

I don't know where you got that idea. Regarding the orange traitor, he is going full Hitler and wants to become a dictator like his other buddies. His ass-kissers are supporting him in his effort. However, the 14th Amendment is very clear. Two-thirds of each house of congress can forgive him of insurrection if he is ever convicted and he can then become President if enough dummies vote for him. He and his goons will then destroy America as we have known it.

Aren't you a trumper?
