Based on the long winded news and politics posts some of y'all must obviously be paid by someone.

My question is where do I apply for this gravy train?

If I got paid by the word, I'd be richer than Elon.

TBF, people do read the things I write so it can't all be bollox.

@Elessar I should have done that!

@Burnley123 Your posts have a more vent vibe and less this dry article style. I always feel your looking for discussion or to get a topic off your chest

@MethDozer I think you have me right on that. I do care about the issues and I aim to persuade. I also think that if you are going to say something political, you should be able to add something: either from yourself personally, or some kind of value. I try to do that.

I have also been told that I can write well by people. Obviously my typos are shocking but at least you know I did't copy and paste it!

I don't get the people who are 99% politics on here

@deadgerbil Typical lib

@MethDozer They just copy-paste entire articles from ultra-cringe blogs/sites that nobody but themselves normally give a f*ck about, I guess to spread the word. Sometimes including the "Share" and "Comment" buttons/links/labels too 😅

@Elessar there are those and then a few that clearly write their own.
I've been wondering that myself for years.

Ever since George Soros cut me off, I've been struggling, living off soup and possum innards

I know, right? I at least try to inject some observational humor.
