Yep, and now Kenneth Chesebro has entered a guilty plea to one count of felony. Yes, felony. They dropped all the other felony charges in exchange for the cheese bro's promise to testify against his former co-defendants. That's the way organized crime prosecutions proceed: flip the little fish in exchange for a lighter sentence, then use them for strong evidence against the big fish.

I've heard Cheese refused a better plea bargain deal a few weeks earlier. When Kraken flipped it must have greatly strengthened the case against Cheese.
