Well, not something I would do myself. He may be goofy, but he's not robbing anybody, he's not doing violence to anyone, so where's the harm? if it doesn't pick my pocket or break my leg I'm not worried.

@badminton i assume you are referring to US citizens voting in US elections. There are some American countries that do not have the universal voting rights.
