Are Democrats right about Government control?

I'm starting to think that in 1, maybe 2, generations the majority of the population will
be OK with being told what to do, as long as they are provided basic needs, like Food,
housing, and health care. I think many people will give up, and give in, to the government
control, that many of us are fighting against. As a baby boomer, I have never received
unemployment, food stamps, or anything else I didn't work for. I believe the majority of
kids in school now, that don't have parents that help them, will be dumbed down to the
point of letting the Government control their lives, much like China.

They keep testing us with things like COVID shutdowns, 15 minute cities, the climate hoax, restrictions on speech, etc. People are waking up to the bs, forcing the deep state to accelerate the agenda. This is only going to get crazier over the next couple of years.
@BizSuitStacy I agree with most, however climate change is real, the Pacific Northwest is example of how a once temperate area has now become extreme within a generation.

@BizSuitStacy I think that the next stolen election will be the final straw. Once again, people will see that their government and way of life are only as strong as the people who are willing to fight to protect it. This lesson created our country and our constitution. Its second founding seems to be inevitable. Why else would they keep pushing to take our guns if they did not intend to assault us with theirs? The country will split into red and Blue. Economically, the Blue states are already in trouble. Once the oil and refining are turned back on, the Red States will prosper. Fossil fuels are still the currency of prosperity.

If a civil war comes, then let it come. The crap the left is doing is not sustainable. Biden has already threatened US citizens with F16s and nuclear weapons. That alone tells you he was not our elected leader. The mathematically impossible election results will back that up.
@NativePortlander1970 with respect to climate change, we'll have to agree to disagree. The climate does change, but not as a result of the amount of CO2 humans pump into the atmosphere.

@BizSuitStacy Exactly. Each time a volcano erupts, it spews more toxic gas and particulate matter into the atmosphere than all of mankind has to date. And Obama's house, unfortunately, is not underwater as they predicted the next cow fart could cause.
@BizSuitStacy Ice core samples have shown pollution to have significantly increased over the last almost 200 years, since the invention and use of locomotives and increased factory production from the industrial revolution, not to mention atmospheric samples have been able to be determined the differences between natural emissions from volcanic action and burned processed carbon (oil and coal).
@TexChik Yep. And the Vostok Ice Cores provide 400,000 years of evidence of increases in atmospheric CO2 follows global temperature increases. Global temps increase cause the oceans and wetlands to off-gas CO2. The connection between global temps and atmospheric CO2 exists, but globalists pushing climate change have the cause and effect backward.
@NativePortlander1970 Ice core samples aren't an accurate reflection of the concentration of atmospheric CO2. Besides, the planet has experienced greater global temperatures than we have currently...long before humans. There have been times when polar ice didn't exist.
@BizSuitStacy You claim to be a christian, YET YOU have been brainwashed into believing that it's ok for corporations to destroy the earth and pollute our air, YOU are disobedient to your god.

@NativePortlander1970 Coming from the Pacific south west and having had one of the wettest “summers” on record I 100% agree.
@justanothername You all got slammed, as did Las Vegas.

@NativePortlander1970 And California as I understand.
@justanothername I thought you were already referring to Southern California and Baja.
