GOP impeachment inquiry

Sounds like this inquiry revolves around them still being butthurt because Trump was twice impeached, and that Biden won the election. They are so butthurt that this is their top priority, even above funding the government.

To highlight the differences: The Trump impeachments began with events that occurred, the first being a phone call with Ukraine that a whistleblower filed a report on, the second being the Jan 6th events. The Biden inquiry is more along the lines of "Hunter Biden is a shady drug user who somehow held high positions - Joe Biden must be a crook, let's look for evidence." The first are examples of witnessing an event and deciding whether it is worthy of impeachment. The second is an example of having a feeling "something isn't right" and then continuing to pry hoping to find something. The first is NOT a "witch hunt", the second is a "Witch hunt". Even the GOP's witnesses say there is only circumstantial evidence at best.

Not that it was surprising in any way but that show was beyond an embarrassment. They had nothing, they will have nothing, and they know it. It has nothing to do with truth or the law or anything along those lines. And it was so BLATANTLY obvious that I can't imagine how little they think of their supporters. Or the country.
