War with who? He and the administration aren't antagonizing anyone and an invading force is something no one can control (We assume; there's never been such a thing on US soil).

And the way I was taught it in school, a "world war" must involve countries of the "world." Which countries are mobilizing for war? Not political tensions, they always exists What other country has mentioned it's probable involvement in a world war?

Yes, none. Trump is an idiot who, on a good, day can string together a coherent but preposterous statement once in awhile, but that doesn't mean he knows or believes what he's saying. It's the ones taking it in with open gullets and cries for more that I don't understand.
