It doesn't need to be boring though... just not controversial.
Like an executive can present an exciting positive project that gets a big amount of people rallied up, I see no issue in that.
Leave the anointed people outside, they can get pretty bad over time too and you can't vote them out.

@Bumbles Well... there is a system that tries to create a consensus. If enough people believe in ideas that make it impossible to create consensur OR believe that no consensus can be reach because of enmity, the system breaks. 🤷♂️ I think there is deff. an individual responsibility there. I also think there is a societal one.
