Doesn't he want to send the Marines into Mexico? Or am I confusing him with one of the other clowns?
My solution would be to just annex Mexico and make it the 51st state. That would solve the illegal immigration problem as every Mexican would immediately become a natural-born citizen. The economic boost would be tremendous; people would be saying "China who?" for the next century.

@LeopoldBloom Annexation without consent is invasion at worst, colonialism at the least. Neither bodes well.
We cant even allow Puerto Rico to gain statehood or DC.

@JSul3 Naturally, they would have to agree first. Although Hawaii's admission is somewhat controversial as there is some question as to whether it was done correctly and if Hawaii could legally return to being an independent country.
The last time this came up for a vote, a majority In Puerto Rico chose statehood. The only thing stopping it is a Republican filibuster as it would potentially add two Democratic senators and four House members, although it's not certain. I've heard analysis that it could be a 50/50 split between the two parties, but the Republicans don't want to risk that it won't be. Washington DC has wanted to be a state for a long time, and of course that would definitely add more Democrats to Congress.

@LeopoldBloom Were roles reversed, rest assured that the Republicans would be all in on statehood for both...and even nixing the Electoral College.

I think we should give Ramaswamy to the drug cartels for their promise not to send any more drugs into the USA.

@beckyromero Kind of like playing Barry Manilow or Billy Ray Cyrus on loudspeakers to keep teenagers from assembling on streetcorners.

He'll create a tech start-up and call it 'X' He'll then defund all federal agencies apart from the police and army because he is smart and because libertarians know more than anyone else.

That guy wants to destroy the country.
JSul3 · 70-79
@Diotrephes He is Trump 2.0....but will gladly take the VP slot.
Diotrephes · 70-79, M
@JSul3 Right now I see him as a version of DeSantis, or someone who wants to destroy the country. It woud be a serious disaster if he ever became any part of the government.

@JSul3 Vivek is gunning for a cabinet post. He's basically the evil Pete Buttigieg.
TrashCat · M
Stating the obvious, He will not win the GOP. He's the wrong complexion
Diotrephes · 70-79, M
@TrashCat True, but he has the same IQ as the rest of the Repubs, 17.

I say do it, but keep Austin, & NASA/Johnson SFC, the Menil Collection, and Dave & Buster's in Houston. Oh, and Justin Verlander & his gorgeous wife.

Living lands? Peace? No way. America. Nobody thinks the life of the lands can survive such evil.
