Although I highly doubt it'll happen in my lifetime.

I do hope they'll be a society without a government or any form of hierarchy and all workers own the means of production

I dunno if we'll ever achieve a fully communist society in our lifetimes, but we can build socialism in our lifetimes. Promote horizontal unions, start coops, protest, use direct action.
