Sounds like the money spent isn't doing much for the 3000 places with water worse then Flint... Much like all money towards global warming.. Don't know where the money goes.. Can't see any results either.. ?

Infrastructure put in place during the 30's, 40's and 50's is crumbling. Time to invest in improvements.

But hey that means putting tax dollars to work in mostly poor areas.
