Republicans crying faul over over the result of the Hunter Biden case so are the criminal acts between Hunter Biden and Trump identical and therfore should get an identical outcome.

There are no similarities at all. Hunter Biden paid his taxes late, with late fees and fines, and committed a crime by obtaining a firearm when he was on drugs. Trump stole national secrets and refused to give them back, even after they were subpoenaed. Trump's case is more similar to that of Kendra Kingsbury, who yesterday was sentenced to four years for taking classified documents home from work and hiding them. The documents she took were classified SECRET, which is a lesser classification that those that Trump stole.
