@Vin53 What are you trying to say? You can't say this with words? Seeing a former president prosecuted is a sad thing for any country. Even if he is dead bang guilty and richly deserves punishment. Looking at the state of politics and the division in America this is going to pour fuel on the fire with allegations about politically motivated prosecution and weaponization of the justice system. There is an old saying "Let justice be done though the heavens may fall." And in this case whether the prosecution ultimately succeeds or fails there will be massive fallout.

@IronHamster it was trump's doj for four years. Prior to that, the last years of Obama's administration, the right held the house. They investigated bengazi to death. They investigated Clinton's emails.
If they had something to lock her up for, she would most definately been locked up.

Obama is guilty also but not charged by those he put in the bureaucracy, because he knowingly transmitted top secret information to Hillary's unsecured server.

If this people ALL broke the law so blatantly, and by such serous charges, why weren't any of them indicted? Why didn't one of the GOP legal network even indict one of them??? WHY?

@Vin53 hey, Vin, it is probably, very probably, idiotic to try to reason with you. But I'm going to try. Take all the indictments against Trump. Read them seriously. Then PRETEND the defendant is someone else.
You would probably say ---if you had any decency whatever---the classified documents case may have merit. But the other two are absolute junk. No need to delve into Bragg's case: it is a house of cards case. The latest Smith indictment would lead to alarm bells about constitutional rights if it was any other defendant.

Feds get 97% plea bargains out of their legal cases. Of those that go to court..well here, "What are the chances of winning a federal case? 97% of federal defendants plead guilty. Those who proceed to trial get acquitted in about 25% of cases. What this means is that 99% of those who are charged by the government are ultimately convicted and sentenced."

The statistics you tossed out are meaningless. (Besides, Bragg's case isn't federal) Two of these three cases are mere politicized crap which a decent lawyer will eventually beat back.
But PLEASE (why am i wasting my time?) try to see that, whatever flaws-and they are many- Trump has, these prosecutions are undermining our system of laws and are a threat to the nation.
