@NativePortlander1970 Read the indictment. The Trump files weren't secured and were being moved around in a shell game. Trump lied, and he got caught. Pence and Biden gave the files back when they were discovered. All 31 of the documents that resulted in charges were documents that Trump lied about and tried to hide and keep. None of the documents that were returned play into the indictment at all.
