Who was the leftist that scammed vulnerable adult Trump supporters into buying Trump bucks?

Isn't it a crime to take advantage of someone's disability like this?

The seller said the buyer could sell the Trump Bucks for more than they bought them for. That's possible. They would just have to find someone that is even more dumb than they are. Dumber than dumb. At least the seller didn't include a prechecked box so they could empty the buyers bank account like Trump did.
