There are many examples: Trump's support of white supremacists at Charlottesville, separating immigrant children from their parents at the border and caging them (hundreds are separated from their families forever), embracing KKK support for Trump and Republican candidates, etc. Did you miss the Republican refusal to sign a letter denouncing white supremacy and racist conspiracy theories? That was just two months ago.

I'm sure you've heard of the Great Replacement Theory that whites are being deliberately replaced by minorities in the US. That is a racist white supremacist conspiracy theory espoused by Tucker Carlson many times on Fox, and other Republicans. I wouldn't be surprised if Cruz has also made that claim.

I can keep going, but you can easily find more examples. While there are certainly examples of Democrats who have made racist statements, white supremacy has only been institutionalized by one party, the Republican Party.
