Here , let a European explain to you how things work in America ;

If somebody ignores a Congressional subpoeana ( like Jim Jordan himself did , lol ) then Congress can issue a citation of contempt , after a full House vote requiring a simple majority , which can then be sent to the DOJ who will decide upon a criminal indictment. If the request is declined (which is almost certain with a Democrat administration) then the House can persevere with a civil case.

Jim Jordan has [b]no power[/b] to charge anyone with anything criminal himself , which is what I've been telling you from the start of this little exchange , and which you still surprisingly refuse to accept.
