In an extraordinary move, Tennessee's Republican-led House voted Thursday to expel two of three Democratic lawmakers who recently led a raucous protest from the House floor calling for gun law reforms.

Reps. Justin Jones, D-Nashville, and Justin Pearson, D-Memphis, were both removed from the body with votes falling along party lines, in a disciplinary measure that's only been used twice since the 1800s. The votes were 72 - 25 and 69 - 26 respectively. Together, they represent a combined constituency of about 130,000 people. [/quote]

I'm posting this as purely informational. Mostly because this is unprecedented for this to happen in any state "[b][u]for the charges made[/u][/b]".

@DiegoWolfe well, not excusing the rioters, yet that's really not a good example. You can't say the congressional members inciting is on the same level as the the actual rioters who were not congress members.

The congress members were guilty of incitement though. That's unexcusable. Just not on the same level.

@DeWayfarer no i was meaning in the US Past members of the Federal GOVT would actually swing their canes at each other and one even sent another member to the doctors with such a sever beating on the floor of congress, i was meaning all actions like that or like inciting anger are the proof, not saying those who broke into the capitol to disrupt the running of the Government
