Do you believe that Donald Trump should be in jail ? 🤔 🇺🇲

There seems to be a lot of charges being filed here.
And there also seems to be a lot of information we as a people are not being told.
You saw the news, and the headlines.
Donald Trump has been in the news almost every single day since 2015.
And it has been this way non stop.
Do you believe that after everything you have learned up to this point,
that Donald J Trump should be prosecuted and sent to prison.

Best answer wins. ☺️

It doesn't really matter what I think. Donald Trump is entitled to the fair and just application of the law, just as every other citizen is, including a presumption of innocence until proven guilty. Society as a whole deserves a just handling of Trump and his alleged crimes.
Having said that, he has mastered manipulating the justice system to prevent the speedy application of justice. I would like to see Trump charged with any crimes that he has likely committed, and then go through the process of trial by jury to determine whether he is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. To do anything less would be to abandon our system of justice and the rule of law.

@windinhishair Fair point.

@windinhishair I agree… I would also expect to see ALL politicians charged with any crimes they may have committed. Maybe if they knew they would be charged and treated like anyone else, there would be less corruption in government
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@Bill1372 Not just politicians, but all people who commit crimes should be charged with them. That is precisely why Trump must be charged for any crimes he committed.
@windinhishair then Biden has to be charged too. And Obama, and Bush, and Clinton. They all should be in jail.
Bill1372 · 51-55, M
@windinhishair I agree… I hope Biden catches charges as well… for starters his mishandling of classified material. I was in the military.. The military would think nothing of sending someone to the brig if they had classified material in their home. Like you said- No one should be above the law.

@GoingDownSouth If they committed crimes and there is actual evidence, not empty right-wing fact-free rants, then of course they should be charged, as anyone should.
@windinhishair I guess Biden is going to prison then. There's definitely hard evidence for treason against him.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@GoingDownSouth I see. Well, go for it then. Will it be in real life, or just Fox World?
@windinhishair You liberal morons assume everyone with the opposite view watch FOX and worship Trump. Neither is true a lot of the time. You pretend to be intelligent, but you are completely brainwashed. You are lied to daily by big media and Biden ...and you actually believe them.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@GoingDownSouth You may come back to the discussion when you have facts. You can use a dictionary if you don't know what one is.

I have no issue at all with intelligent people with opposing views who bring facts to a discussion. You are neither intelligent nor factual. If you have something factual to say, prove it. If not, go back to your right-wing echo chamber where you are most comfortable and surrounded by like-minded simpletons.
@windinhishair HAHA you morons are all alike... "prove it.. I'm smart, not you.. I'll go upstairs and tell my mommy if you don't agree with me.." 😢😢😢
Crawl back in your video game 40 year old virgin and listen to NPR while your mommy makes you some mac and cheese.
PATHETIC douche bags
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@GoingDownSouth You just continue to prove my point. Would you care to contribute a fact to the discussion concerning the "hard evidence of his treason"? You can look up the definition of treason if you don't know what it is.
@windinhishair I have noticed you haven't supplied a single fact, yet you keep calling for them.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@GoingDownSouth I see you are trying deflection now that you have lost the discussion. My thread says that Trump is entitled to due process and the fair and just application of the law. That is true. You said that Biden has committed treason and that there is hard evidence of that. You made the claim, not me. Can you provide your hard evidence that you allege exists? A simple yes or no will do.
@windinhishair The laptop the DOJ is trying to bury is his smoking gun. Plus, his old business partner has documents to nail him, but the DOJ doesn't even want to see them.
Now tell me the liberal news talking points on why this real evidence is Russian disinformation..lol
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@GoingDownSouth It is hard to comment on evidence I have not seen. You have no difficulty with it though. Pray tell, what specific evidence of treason, punishable by death, is there, since you obviously know what it is.

"The laptop the DOJ is trying to bury" is not factual information indicating a crime has been committed.

"His old business partner has documents" is not factual information indicating a crime has been committed.

Might I suggest reading and understanding the definition of the word "fact" as well as what constitutes "evidence". Hint: Random speculation is not in either definition.

And there it is! Just as reliably as the sun coming up in the east every morning, the fact-free poster GoingDownSouth couldn't provide a single fact when prompted. When insults didn't work, he blocked me. That's one less uneducated Trump Cultist to deal with.

@windinhishair I bet that felt good :) It's great when the Trump cultists scream in rage, smash their keyboard and then block you (assuming the keyboard still works).
