@SW-User Actually if you look at the data across multiple decades it really has nothing to do with religious or secular and more to do with the percentage of the population that is male 18-25.

Younger populations tend to have higher crime. There are a variety of reasons for that.

@MarmeeMarch It's more likely that the crime rate has gone down as a result of legal abortion. Starting in 1973, the unwanted kids who would have grown up to be criminals, weren't here to plague the rest of us. This explains why the crime rate peaked in the early 1990s and has fallen since then, as that's when the aborted kids would have otherwise started reaching the age when they would have started committing crimes.

@MarmeeMarch Although christians are in the minority, the Church of England still has its own, unelected, represenatives in Parliament; the Head of State is still its head and the law still requires shools to hold daily "broadly christian" religious assemblies. The UK is a christian theocracy.

@Stargazer89 I think religion in general has no place in schools anymore.
I ended up having to go into my sons school multiple times due to my son getting in trouble for being open about his faith and beliefs and that was by Christian scripture teachers.
Why is one religion allowed in schools and the others not?
I had a huge issue with that teacher telling my son he is wrong about his religious beliefs and this is my issue with religion in schools. if one is allowed and taught, all should but since that is not doable, none should be allowed

@LeopoldBloom Just heard his lecture at the U of B ....I don't believe his sense of the word reflects that sentiment.

@caesar7 He views transgenderism as a disease. "Eradicated" is usually used in the sense of wiping something out, like eradicating smallpox or eradicating poverty. It's inappropriate to apply it to trans people, who don't have a "disease" and aren't that way by choice. He's saying they shouldn't exist; the only question is how he intends to accomplish that.
