IF the transportation secretary was competent, (which he is not), he would force the train company to buy the town and all the homes therein, allowing people to move.
If they won't do that, they should at least hire an army of guys wearing Haz Mat suits to clean up the ash and the mustard gas. Elderly women are out there cleaning the ash off the insides of their homes. AND the EPA should be there, testing the water, instead of the people HIRED by the train company.
