Do violent individuals become cops just so they can brutalize other individuals?

@calicuz Yes, it was disgusting and it reminded me of the Rodney King bashing. I was shocked to see the police officers were all black bashing one of there own. Imagine the outcry if it was all white police officers - still disturbing
