Incompetence! It Explains a Lot...!

As much as I would love to buy into a good conspiracy theory once in awhile, (who doesn't?) I truly believe most of the worlds current troubles can be blamed on simple, institutional, incompetence! And when something is that easy to explain, why look any deeper?

What other results do you expect from an electorate that reads at the 5th grade level? 30% of whom don't have high school diplomas? Who vote on racial or religious identity?
