Incompetence! It Explains a Lot...!

As much as I would love to buy into a good conspiracy theory once in awhile, (who doesn't?) I truly believe most of the worlds current troubles can be blamed on simple, institutional, incompetence! And when something is that easy to explain, why look any deeper?

@Wol62 If they they don't have a valid visa I don't care what galaxy they came from. They illegal, well now anyway. Not sure how Pharaoh dealt with complex immigration situations.
