FOX Noise performers agonize that Mike Pence fell into the mishandling of classified documents when they were promoting the idea Biden

should be executed for treason. Initially wondering why Pence didn't just destroy the documents they finally concluded now they need to temper their comments. Checkmate.

Actually destroying classified documents is perfectly legal. Even recommend. In fact when I was in the military I absolutely had to destroy my own classified documents every time I worked in the field. Could have been charged for not doing so.

@DeWayfarer If that's true and I question that it is for the situations of Cry-Baby-trump, Joe Biden, and Mike Pence, then it would be true for all 3 of them, not just for Mike Pence. Therefore, your statement is rated: Misleading.
DeWayfarer · 61-69, M
@MarkPaul it's is true! I had a security clearance BECAUSE I had to use those documents.
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@DeWayfarer We are not talking about you. We are specifically talking about the situations of Cry-Baby-trump, Joe Biden, and Mike Pence. They are not authorized to destroy classified documents. And, no one is recommending or telling them to do that. Therefore, your statement is rated: Unreliable.
DeWayfarer · 61-69, M
@MarkPaul go look it up yourself for Pete's sake! It's accepted practice!
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@DeWayfarer If you are suggesting that Cry-Baby-trump, Joe Biden, and Mike Pence simply destroy the classified documents they took out of government control because that's what you did, then your advice is worse than any they could get from disgraced Rudy Giuliani. Therefore, your statement is rated: Suspicious.
DeWayfarer · 61-69, M
@MarkPaul they could have done that! Perfectly legal!

That's what's so surprising. Why didn't they!
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@DeWayfarer Because it would have been illegal, unethical, and dishonest.
DeWayfarer · 61-69, M
@MarkPaul not necessarily. You're forgetting that there usually more than one copy! No one has claimed ANY of those documents where original documents!
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@DeWayfarer In Cry-Baby-trump's case, the National Archives is claiming that very thing (for example, the "Kim Jung Un 'love letters'"). In any case, destroying government records, even if copies, is a federal crime.
DeWayfarer · 61-69, M
@MarkPaul I know the exact opposite! I WOULD have been charged if I didn't! Heck even if I still had a single one I still could be charged decades later!
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@DeWayfarer The 3 officials in question were not given classified documents with the intention they would destroy them leaving the government with no record of the documentation. What you are suggesting makes no sense, is insane, and not in keeping with records management for the government or any organization on the planet earth.
DeWayfarer · 61-69, M
@MarkPaul makes perfect sense.

Think! Here's an example supposed you had a document that had nuclear launch code! My documents where of a similar nature.
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@DeWayfarer Think... for yourself. So, after you read the document NO ONE else in the government should have access to the information... because you are that invincible and indispensable? Stop playing the part of the moron.
DeWayfarer · 61-69, M
@MarkPaul please! If you ever had ANY type of security clearance at all you would know this is true!

Likely the one like I have is by such a person.
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@DeWayfarer This isn't true and even if it was, then this wouldn't be an issue for Cry-Baby-trump, Joe Biden, and Mike Pence. The documents in their possessions are required to be returned to the government and were never intended to be given away, destroyed, or denied. You have NO idea what you are talking about.
DeWayfarer · 61-69, M
@MarkPaul Your are claiming something you know nothing about!

Most especially since you never held a government security clearance of any type. Not even confidential.
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@DeWayfarer Your argument is absence of logic, legal justification, and common sense. Most especially, your argument that anyone who has a security clearance has an obligation to destroy classified documents relegates you to moron status.
DeWayfarer · 61-69, M
@MarkPaul I won't go to your current insulting level!

Enough said
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@DeWayfarer I won't drop to your moron status based on your baseless advice public officials should destroy classified documents.
DeWayfarer · 61-69, M
@MarkPaul you already have by your own language.
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@DeWayfarer I haven't. Instead I have called you out for exhibiting extreme stupidity. Consider it a public service.
DeWayfarer · 61-69, M
@MarkPaul

"Go high, not low!"

@DeWayfarer Tell the truth and the truth will set you free.

DeWayfarer · 61-69, M
@MarkPaul funny, even that is out of context. 😞
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@DeWayfarer You should know all about "out of context." 😎
