Can people just tell me from now on if a political diagreement is gonna end our friendship?

IMO if you spend two years making a friend and then drop them because of who they voted for or because they think having a pussy makes someone a woman, you just wasted two years of two people's lives. That's a lot of waste. Oh but I bet you make up for it by recycling.

Oh, my "friend", if you voted for a guy who only started renting apartments to black people because it became illegal to not do so, you don't get to take the moral high ground.
