Is there a chance Santos' lies are all an act playing the GOP as suckers?

Any chance Santos is a comedian playing an act in order to expose the GOP as complete suckers? Like Borat?

If not the only other explanation is that he is a complete sociopath.

@windinhishair And not for nothing, the lies that Santons told have been ridiculous, but not dangerous. Trump is the leader of the GOP and his lies actually had huge repercussions.
