I'm not gonna say too much more.
It's quite obvious that the Republicans are getting their butts kicked right now.
They are losing the culture wars badly.
Do you know why. What's your perspective on this SW. I'm listening. 馃槉馃尀

Republicans operate on the principal of the least social change the better.

This is contradictory to reality.
Life is change.

@DeWayfarer I've seen republicans praising virtues of such and such century and I'm like "you weren't even there" lmfao 馃ぃ
@DeWayfarer Hence, they're Conservatives.
DeWayfarer61-69, M
@MistyCee no, look up the word to conserve.

Republicans now days are not conservatives.
@DeWayfarer which definition?
DeWayfarer61-69, M
@MistyCee the root word for conservative IS conserve.

Republicans now days are not conservatives they are radicals.

They want no change.
@DeWayfarer Ehh, I'll buy conservatives as resisting change as opposed to radical regressives trying to actively turn back the clock without actually studying history, because it's tainted by liberal ideas and intellectual thought as opposed to more primitive digestive and reproductive stuff.
DeWayfarer61-69, M
@MistyCee I must disagree. Everything throughout history changes. True it may not be always progressive, yet Change it must!

To control change is unrealistic.
@DeWayfarer I didn't say it was realistic, but I think it's a lot less destructive and that sometimes resisting change my might even be worthwhile.

In MAGA terms, it's the Again that bothers me most.
DeWayfarer61-69, M
@MistyCee The control of change has been the downfall of every society in history.

Let it happen. If it doesn't work, it will be the end of it. And other changes will happen.
@MistyCee There鈥檚 a difference between trying to control change and responding to change
@Ryderbike Maybe, but in practice, I'm not sure it's all that different, and reversing prior changes still seems more alarming to me.
boudinMan61-69, M
@DeWayfarer yeah, i mean look at the dimocrats... they realize that men can have babies. i mean, that's science, right?
@boudinMan I don鈥檛 know anybody who even thinks about that besides people like you.
SatanBurger36-40, F
@Ryderbike They always distort things, they feel like it makes them sound smart but it doesn't. As long as they feel it in their own heads though.
Zonuss41-45, M
@boudinMan No only you think this.
Zonuss41-45, M
@SatanBurger That's because they are insecure. They take comfort in being in denial. Ignoring the truth shields them from the torture of reality

@MistyCee
I'm not sure it's all that different, and reversing prior changes still seems more alarming to me.
Oh it's extremely different. The problem with your complaint is nothing is ever exactly the same. What was consider a problem 50 years ago isn't a problem today because things have changed.

That is the point of change. Nothing is ever the same.

One thing relies on the other.

What was impossible before is possible today. What was practical before is impractical today.

Even Change evolves.

Now there is a concept that is frightening to many. Because it sort of proves, in a very loose way, that evolution is truth. Even Change changes by it's rate of change. It sort of evolves.

Things are changing much faster today. As well things have changed faster 50 years ago from 100 hundred years before that.

Change encourages ever more change. It can be very frightening to any that believe in God. For in their mind God does not change.

Getting back to the point of why Democrats are winning and why Republicans losing. Republicans are as well very religious, more so than Democrats.

So Democrats are more favorable to Change than republicans, because they allow for change in their beliefs.

Where Republicans will say God can not change. Yet everything does change. It contradicts the very existence of God. As well as "change comes from Satan". Puritans often say that.

Just another reason to allow things to change. Change is in everything. Quite literally. If anything doesn't change, it simply ceases to exist. Out like a blink.

You are born - change - you grow up - change - you grow older - change - you die - change.

Before or after you cease to exist on this world, this solar system, this galaxy, this universe on this dimension and beyond.

Yet you are apart of that Change in the whole. As a subatomic particle is to us, we are as that beyond ourselves.

By our every breath infinite numbers of subatomic particles change. As is all the lives that has ever been in this world is to our solar system and galaxy and beyond.
@DeWayfarer that's way too deep for me today.
@DeWayfarer you might want to clean that up a little.
DeWayfarer61-69, M
@Ryderbike not certain why? Is there a site problem with that? Like it being hidden?
@DeWayfarer never mind .it鈥檚 fine
