This is one of the most disheartening races in political memory because it shows the utter resentment and lack of regard we have for US government. We treat it like a circus sideshow and then bemoan our lots. If there was one non-discordant note to the whole thing, it was the measured and responsible concession on Walker's part"
"I want to thank all of you...because we've had a tough journey, have we not?" Walker told the crowd. "One of the things I said when they called the race, I said the numbers doesn't look like it's gonna add up....I don't want any of you to stop believing in America...believe in our elected officials and most of all, continue to pray for them."

"There are no excuses in life. I'm not going to make any excuses now, because we put up one heck of a fight. This is much bigger than Herschel Walker."
@Graylight Agreed, at least Herschel didn't attempt to say the election was stolen and he conceded gracefully, I'll give him that.

@Graylight Yep, Walker's honest upbeat concession speech puts him head and shoulders above sore losers like Trump and Kari Lake.

The ability to be fair and philosophical after a loss is one positive result of Walker's career in sports.
