I would’ve thought this guy would’ve been more concerned with what Trudeau is doing to truckers in Canada than obsessing about Trump in America. That appears far more fascist to me

@Mathers Fascist? Oh like appointing justices to the Supreme Court who testified to the Senate in their confirmation hearings that they would not over turn Roe Vs. Wade and then did precisely that? Bald faced LIES to the American PEOPLE? Now those liars are dictating on the reproductive rights of half the people of the USA . is somehow freedom and not fascism.. and your concern was a trucker protest on Covid vaccine mandates? Next you will concern yourself that for the last sixty years parents have had to vaccinate their children and show proof of it to enrol their children in schools.. Vaccine mandates have been the law for decades... gee fascism or the greater good of society?
@Mathers What if Trudeau was like Ron Desantis?
That would mean Trudeau would pass a law that would have made it legal to run down and kill the freedom Trucker protesters in Ottawa blocking the streets. I wonder how many would support that?
I’m glad Canadians have resisted the authoritarian nonsense that Americans are suffering from in some right wing states .

So how did Trudeau come to the conclusion that the honking horns, blocked traffic, bouncy castles, and dancing in the streets of the protests met the definition of a public emergency for the purposes of the Act? What our papers are asking. Of course if you are naive enough to swallow the stuff of 5be liberal press out there so be it. @Ryderbike
@Mathers are you talking about the nurses that had to be escorted To work in the hospitals because they were intimidated and threatened? Did you know there was an organization that was collecting nurses scrubs so they could walk with nurses so that the truckers couldn’t figure out who are the nurses. do you know what the decibel rating is beside a concrete apartment block of several semi airhorns Does to the hearing of a newborn baby. Do you know that sleep deprivation is a torture tactic especially to the elderly and sick?
You clearly have no idea what went on in Ottawa.

@Mathers why
southern Christians felt that slavery, in one Baptist minister’s words, “stands as an institution of God.” Here are some common arguments made by Christians at the time:
Abraham, the “father of faith,” and all the patriarchs held slaves without God’s disapproval (Gen. 21:9–10).
• Canaan, Ham’s son, was made a slave to his brothers (Gen. 9:24–27).
• The Ten Commandments mention slavery twice, showing God’s implicit acceptance of it (Ex. 20:10, 17).
• Slavery was widespread throughout the Roman world, and yet Jesus never spoke against it.
• The apostle Paul specifically commanded slaves to obey their masters (Eph. 6:5–8).
• Paul returned a runaway slave, Philemon, to his master (Philem. 12).

You are particularly uninformed on this. How on earth could a very small group of people who were persecuted themselves have any effect on slavery in the Roman world where the whole economy was dependent on slave? Paul’s letters are to help Christians to cope with life as it was in the Roman Empire. If he had advised slaves to rebel against their masters they would have been crucified. As it was he was giving them the best advice he could but he also says in one point if you can gain your freedom to do so.
As for Philemon if you actually read the letter instead of one of your trash internet sites, you will find Paul asks Philemon to have Omnisemus back ‘as a dear brother’. “He is no longer like a slave to you. He is more than a slave, for he is a beloved brother, especially to me. Now he will mean much more to you, both as a man and as a brother in the Lord. So if you consider me your partner, welcome him as you would welcome me.”
Philemon 1:16-17 NLT
You say you need to actually read what the Bible says rather than your own preconceived and biased ideas@Ryderbike
