This election was the best thing that could happen to Republicans

1) Winning back the House enables Repulicans to block Biden's catastrophic big brother legislation as well as to set some of the legislative agenda. It also allows for hearings on some of the misdeeds of the current administration.

2) When the shit hits the fan over the Biden policies the Democrats won't be able to blame a Republican congress. The Republicans were not the "dog that caught the car".

3) Trump was seriously damaged. The Trump mystique, to the extent it still existed, may now be gone. This will allow serious Republican candidates to emerge and compete using conservative ideas to bring our society back to sanity.

Happy trolling! 😋

You might have a point if it wasn’t the red states that suck up the majority of the big brother legislation.

@Ryderbike Sure I know about it. That's why I said it. Hell, Alaska actually pays people to live there. But it's the dirty, undocumented Mexicans grabbing all the welfare. Even though they don't receive welfare. It's the same song and dance over and over. They tried it recently with 'big city violence' only to see the blowback given the fact that it's the red cities seeing the most violence. They put that one done pretty quickly.
@Ynotisay Democratic-voting districts have seen their GDP per seat grow by a third since 2008, from $35.7 billion to $48.5 billion a seat, whereas Republican districts saw their output slightly decline from $33.2 billion to $32.6 billion.
@Ynotisay

Here are the 10 states with the highest murder rate:

2. Missouri (9.8 per 100k)
3. Nevada (9.1 per 100k)
4. Maryland (9 per 100k)
5. Arkansas (8.6 per 100k)
6. Alaska (8.4 per 100k)
7. Alabama (8.3 per 100k)
8. Mississippi (8.2 per 100k)
9. Illinois (7.8 per 100k)
10. South Carolina (7.8 per 100k)

@Ryderbike And there you go. Unfortunately, that data doesn't matter as much as feeeeelings to a whole lot of people. They're in the belief lane. Which is why they vote against their own best interests. The mind fuck of the century.

@irishmolly72 Yeah. We don't people out there disproving disinformation and outlining how that's weaponized. Much better to live in world of make believe enemies and lies. Good call.
