The entire party has rejected Democracy. Over 90% of the Right, both Republicans and right-wing voters, still support Trump and many of them repeat the Big Lie. Republicans have made laws all across the country to restrict voting.
As for the Christian part, look how many of them are just openly calling themselves "Christian Nationalists" now. Look how they use Christianity to justify their anti-worker classist policies.


They want to bring back child marriages. Aside from the fact that children can't consent to sex, this would be a return to a time where women were property. Men raped their wives all the time back then and got away with it.
If abortion is illegal, then yes, women are forced to give birth. Especially if we return to arranged marriages.
The way modern Republicans talk about LGBT people definitely alludes to genocide. They pretend to think that gender non-conforming people are a threat to children. The very existence of LGBT people is a danger. What exactly follows from that?
Trump talks about people who disagree with him like they're committing treason. He told the Squad to "go back" to their countries because they disagree with him. This is Fascism. One person embodies the nation and if you openly oppose that person, you're the enemy and you get arrested.

Democrats of today believe in a Heavily Regulated and Taxed economy that props up their disastrous programs, while ensuring that their Elite are allowed to do as they please.
The only type of democracy that Democrats believe in is the type of only do as I say and never ever disagree or you're an uneducated bigot.

@dakotaviper I guess you are for an unregulated economy, where the poor gets fucked over by the elites that are so rich that they can do as they please? You know, one without all those "disastrous programs" that send peoples kids to school, make sure you can get healthcare when needed, creates a broader middle class, puts barriers up for elites that want to make more money at the expense of others people health and our shared enviorment, ... . I guess that outlooks is just a better alternative for society. 😅
